How does Great Place certification work?
The Great Place Institute determines certification based on the results of an anonymous employee survey (which we did this past June) and a separate evaluation of the organization’s management practices. The survey included various parameters like company pride, respect for people, fairness, the credibility of management, camaraderie between people, and inclusion & belonging.
