BC Place—LEVEl 2 CONCOURSE LIGHTING

Each year, BC Place in downtown Vancouver welcomes over a million guests to a variety of events including national and international sporting events, world-class concerts, and trade shows. The Level 2 Concourse Lighting project aimed to enhance the user experience by installing 58 Musco light fixtures around the 54-section Level 2 Concourse perimeter. These LED fixtures can change colours to match the mood of various events, such as concerts and sports games.

Our scope included installing the light fixtures, driver cabinets, contactor panels, power conduit, and wiring. We also ran control cables up to the level 5 catwalk to ensure seamless operation of the lighting system. Despite BC Place’s busy event schedule, we completed the installation ahead of schedule through meticulous planning and logistics.
